Ukraine received first tranche of $1.5 bln from IMF under new 5-year program – Svydyrenko

Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Svyrydenko reported that Ukraine has received the first tranche from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) under the new four-year Extended Fund Facility (EFF) program; the amount stands at $1.5 billion and will be directed toward priority budget expenditures and supporting macro-financial stability.
