Zelenskyy announces boost to diplomatic work in Europe, appointment of special envoy for Belarus

Ukraine will strengthen certain areas of its diplomatic work in Europe and other parts of the world, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said, announcing personnel changes in the diplomatic corps and the appointment of a special envoy for Belarus and the Belarusian community abroad.
