Zelenskyy announces sanctions against Rosneft, Lukoil, other targets

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has announced “sanctions decisions” targeting the Russian oil companies Rosneft and Lukoil, as well as sanctions against “Russian killers who are organizing the systematic destruction of Ukrainians with drones.”
