Rubio denies weapons for Ukraine been diverted, but says it could happen

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio on Friday denied that Washington had begun redirecting weapons intended for Ukraine under the Prioritized Ukraine Requirements List (PURL) because of the conflict in the Middle East, but acknowledged that such a scenario was possible.
