Court orders Kherson region energy supplier to return funds received through illegal tariff hike for military

A court in Kherson region, following a lawsuit by the specialized defence prosecutor’s office, has ordered an energy supplier to return UAH 7.7 million to the budget that was groundlessly paid for electricity for military units, the Office of the Prosecutor General said.
