Skelya Regiment denies Kostiantynivka capture claims, calls them manipulation

The 425th Separate Assault Regiment “Skelya” stated that information regarding the capture of Ukrainian service members does not indicate either the capture of Kostiantynivka (Donetsk region) or the defeat of the regiment.
